Hey, my current roommate is moving out to live with his gf. We lived together for two years. I plan on staying one more year. You would be taking the flex room, it has two big windows. The apartment has high ceilings and a separate kitchen. Been a pleasant place to live in a great location too! The move in fee is for $ security deposit and a $ broker fee from the owner of the building.
