Hi Everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The rive for the next school year (august ). It’s a shared bedroom and bathroom with a divider in a 2 bed room apartmentent. The apartment also comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, drawers, couch, and a TV in the living room. The complex also comes with some nice amenities: hr gym, hot tub, pool, and a ton of spaces to study. It's a 5 minute drive from SDSU and free shuttle aswell as a parking spot. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed. My current lease if from August . Rent is $/ month.
