Desperate to transfer my lease at Helix ASAP! Willing to work with you if price is a concern!

Rent is plus utilities. Water comes at a standard fee so you just worry about electricity. It is bath but I am subleasing my half. There is one roomate but she is the sweetest and nicest girl in the world. Looking for girls only because of that. The location is super convenient as well, the building is connected to the main office building and so the gym, pool, office rooms, arcade games, pool table and everything are right next door. You also get the prettiest sunsets and the whole place is pet friendly.
