Looking to rent a room

I am a year old male that is looking to rent a room at a realistic price. I under stand rent is expensive because I pay $ for a one bedroom apartment. I am willing to pay $ for a room, I would hope there is Washer and dryer hookups. But there doesn't have to be. Thank you in advance....
