About the room:
It’s a room in a br house. Includes shared bathroom and laundry. The bathroom is basically private since there’s no other person on the 3rd room. The room has a closet with shelves, two windows with a lot of light for those who love the sunlight. It isn’t furnished but includes a microwave for your own usage.

Rent does not include utilities or wifi but won’t be much extra monthly. I can provide you with more information during your visit.

About the house:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk distance to Columbia Pike and bus stop. Very short distance to grocery stores (ALDI, Giant and K Market International), karaoke, bakeries, bubble teas, spa places, pharmacy, and all kinds of restaurants.

IMPORTANT: No pets. No smoking or drinking permitted, no parties or visitors of any kind allowed in the house.


About you:
I’m looking for a clean and respectful, quiet FEMALE tenant who works hard, able to communicate and easy going.


About me:
I am from Latin America, just turned , hablo ESPAÑOL, and don’t drink or smoke. I am very respectful, clean and friendly person who works two jobs.
