I’m looking for a responsible roommate to share a cozy, charming home in the heart of West Seventh. This is a fantastic neighborhood, just steps from the river trails and close to all the great restaurants and shops on Grand Ave. Plus, it’s super convenient to both I- for easy commuting. Easy access to local transit too.

The house is about sq ft and has lots of old-school charm. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas are fully furnished, so you’ll just need to bring your own bedroom furniture. If you have other furniture you would like to bring, let’s chat! The bedroom available is spacious, with plenty of natural light, and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement along with lots of storage space.

Rent: $/month plus deposit () which includes all utilities! High-speed internet is free. Plenty of street parking available but Garage parking is an option too.

Ideal Roommate: I’m hoping to find someone who’s a working professional in their s and who likes to keep things tidy. Just pick up after yourself, and I’ll do the same.
