The home is located in Shiloh Estates subdivision in Valdosta, GA. Everything is nearby. Quiet neighborhood, family setting, no HOA. Central air and heat, off street parking, ceiling fan in each room. Bedroom is located near front of house with a full bathroom in same hallway, and indoor laundry room. The bedroom is furnished. Since the other room is occupied, the bathroom will be shared. The utilities are included in the rental amount. I do have AT&T Business High Speed Fiber Internet/Wi-Fi. Never had a problem during the hurricane and solar power. I do have a dog, but he does not live inside the home. He is friendly to humans, but does not get along well with other animals. I am a hard worker and stay to myself. I do like conversation, but very mindful of personal space. Please, serious inquiries only.
