We are minutes from Woodbine Beach minutes from downtown surrounded by Parkland with a hour a day shoppers drug Mart superstore across the street. There are four buses at our front door. Two minutes to the subway neighbourhood is fantastic. Everything is included except for the underground parking Fully furnished access to the kitchen. I’m a retired chef and author I’m here with my -year-old cats. we’re in a high-rise years old that they’ve just spent $4 million on it. It’s beautiful. I have the occasional drink that would be champagne no drugs, but they’re smoking on the main floor by the patio doors full garden every summer vegetables everything place is huge ft.² three bedrooms, but I’m renting one room with a bath. and there’s four buses going every which way right at the corner and we live at the corner so right out the front door two minutes from the subway you get to the subway about minutes to downtown.
