Room available in a quiet and low-key neighborhood comprised mostly of families and retirees.

Most of the time the house is pretty calm, we don't have people over very often and will only have large gatherings on special occasions (i. e. birthdays, holidays)

We keep the house relatively clean and try to keep dishes from piling up in the sink, but are lax about regular mess.

The room that is available is on the first floor. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

We have dogs. They are very kind and outgoing, and get along well with other animals. We are very welcome to other pets, as long as they all get along :).

Our landlord is a company called Bungalow. We haven't had any problems with them, and maintenance requests are processed in a timely manner.

We will be subletting until August of , when the lease is set to refresh.
