We are looking for someone to sub-lease the master bedroom in the spring semester The house is in located near Haymarket square and it's a 5 min walk from Food Lion and a sheltered bus stop. The house has in unit laundry, an extra guest bathroom, and backyard fire pit. It's $/month utilities not included. PETS not allowed unfortunately

What I liked about the place:
- Carpets were deep cleaned in August
- Big kitchen
- Plenty of space in the fridge and pantry
- 2 reserved parking spots and plenty of street parking
- Basketball court behind the house
- Backyard with a fire pit
- Shower has great water pressure and heat
- Nearby football field
- Near the Huckleberry trail which is great for walking and seeing cows!!!
