Washer and dryer is included. Home includes fireplace and balcony. Very warm home, not loud or obnoxious. I would describe myself as very laid back. I am well educated. I care about respect and honesty. I believe you should respect and not damage others property and respect each others space. Communication will be the success to living with each other. Drama free zone. I have 2 friendly cats that are laid back just like me.
