Description

ba condo with a bedroom and bathroom for rent. This is for the spare bedroom and common/guest bathroom but I’d be willing to let go of the master suite for an additional amount. Please ask if you’re interested in that.

Pictures show furnished room but room will be unfurnished upon possession. It’s inside a gated community, off street parking, walking distance from the beach/coast highway. Decent neighbors and neighborhood. Sunset views from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Upstairs unit.

Includes use of common areas, shared kitchen space and in unit washer/dryer.

Water bill and wifi included. Split half gas and electric. Utilities cost varies depending on time of year and use.
There is a small dog in the house but no more pets please unless it’s a goldfish or a lizard in a terrarium or something like that. No pet care needed of dog. He’s in my room while I’m gone most of the time and is usually only in common areas when I’m home. If you’d like to hang out with him we can work up to that but he needs to acclimate to someone new before that.
