-Unfortunately, the complex does not allow furry friends (I know, I wish)

I'm looking for a good personality match above anything else. I cherish my home as a space for rest and rejuviation and am looking to room with someone who does as well. I prioritize cleanliness, fairness, and direct/friendly communication. I would like to find a roommate who shares similiar values and may be up to hanging out or having a movie night from time to time.
