Have the ENTIRE sunny, affordable and spacious 3rd floor to yourself, as I’ll be travelling for the remainder of the lease. If $ is outside of your budget I’m open to people splitting the cost and rooming together. If you enjoy your stay, you’ll have the option to apply for the apartment under priority when the lease is over. Located in the residential and quiet Bridgeport area, walking distance from the White Sox and in the middle of a vibrant artistic corridor of galleries and new restaurants.

You’ll be in a furnished apartment that you can make your own. Backyard included and pet friendly. Central A/C and heating. High-speed internet with custom router for optimal latency. Utilities are registered under my name so cost will vary based on your monthly usage.

I am a business development manager working for a cybersecurity company, moving to Colombia for work and looking for someone to take on the rest of the lease while I’m out. I will be in occasional contact to make sure the apartment hasn’t burned down but you’ll have complete privacy otherwise.
