Private Room for Rent

I’m looking for 1 more roommate to join me and my current roommate in our bath house at the beginning of December. We’re two hardworking individuals in our early ’s who value a respectful living environment. Preferably, we’d be looking for someone who works full time or has a steady routine and isn’t home too early or too late. Students and grad students are welcome! It is located in central Fort Collins in a quiet neighborhood with garage parking and workshop area, as well as in-house laundry. Rent would be $ plus utilities. You would have a large private bedroom ’ unfurnished with a private bathroom and a closet. No pets, non smoking.
