The apartment is about a minute walk from all the major colleges in the Longwood area (Wentworth, mass art, NE, MCPHS, etc.). The place is fully furnished (kitchen, living room, bathroom), you would just need a bedroom set. Water is included. Gas at peak winter season is usually each, electricity stays at about each, and wifi is each. I am very clean, normal, easy-going. I'm a yo in his last year of physician assistant school at MCPHS.
