Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP! The lease is until August . It's a master bedroom with a carpeted floor and comes with furniture. The rent is $ including utilities. Free street parking. You will have a bedroom and bathroom to yourself and share kitchen/living area with three female tenants (all UMD students). It's located near greenbelt station and only minute drive to UMCP campus!
