Looking for a roommate in January

Hi!! My name is Janelle and I currently go to CSU in Fort Collins. I am about to graduate and will be moving to Denver to do an internship at a rehabilitation center in Welby. My current lease is up on January
st, so I will need a place before then. I have a 6 month old cat who is very sweet and playful. She also has experience with other cats. I would prefer to live with girls or lgbtq+ folks. I like to socialize and go out and would love to create friendships with my roomate(s), but am also okay if we peacefully keep to ourselves. The only guest I would have over often would be my boyfriend, but will respect any boundaries you may have about that. Some of my interests include snowboarding, hiking, running, going to concerts, and doing fun activities like bowling. The most important thing to me is that I have a roommate who is respectful of my space and communicates well about their needs. I like to keep my space pretty clean, especially common areas but am not always perfect. Please reach out if you think we’d would be a good fit!!
