Roommate wanted ASAP :)

Description

bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Carmichael CA. Big back yard with fruit trees, a pool and all the amenities. You would be placed on your own lease to ensure bills are paid and you don't randomly move out. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The one upstairs has to be shared with a male roommate however if you don't wish to do so you are welcome to claim the one downstairs that nobody is using. House has two family rooms, one dining room and a big kitchen! There are hardwood floors throughout the house and it is two stories. There is a maid that corks through for a month (total) which is apart of the rent. The entire amount you are looking at is about (internet, smud, pge, water, sewer, trash). There is one guest room available for anyone to use. There is parking available for vehicles. Parking lot Is private and not on the street.
