Lease takeover/ sublease

In desperate need of a girl to take over my lease ASAP at advantage point! This is for the rest of the semester until may . You would get your own room (I have a bigger bedroom and ac and heat) and your own bathroom. The bedroom comes with a desk, full size bed, a closet, and window. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave, oven, and fridge, and living room with couches, a coffee table, and tv as well. You would be sharing with 3 other girls who are very nice and clean as well. The rent is $ a month and all utilities are included! Has free laundry (washer and dryer in the apartment)!
