Private room and bathroom

Description

Hello! I have one bedroom available to renters in Loveland, Colorado with a private bathroom. The condo is shared with a landlord, a year old female. The room available includes a full closet and dresser, bed, and blackout curtains. There is a full washing machine and dryer on across from the bedroom and the private bathroom has storage, and full bathtub as well. Included are all kitchen utensils, a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. There is also a little fenced in yard (perfect for dogs). This condo has tons of walking/biking areas including around two lakes! Walking distance from Medical Center of the Rockies and a short 6 minute drive to McKee Medical Center. Close to tons of restaurants and shops including all of the shops at centerra. It is also right next to the highway and close to the mountains! Boyd lake is about a 6 minute drive as well. Pets are welcome; unfortunately no kitties due to allergies, sorry for the inconvenience! Asking for $ deposit. Please reach out if there are any questions, I look forward to hearing from you!
