One-person room including all utils

Description

One bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom house near Duke and th Ave, opposite Glenwood City Park, with plenty of street parking.

Rent is y dollars per room per month with all utilities included (gas, electricity, sewer, water, garbage, and internet). Three people will share a full bath and one kitchen.

The security deposit is the same as the rent price and the application fee is fifty dollars for a background check. The room is unfurnished and for a single person only. No pets, no smoking, and no party/drinking inside the house, sorry! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

In the house right now, there are three adults and a baby – my wife, me, a -year-old man, and my child. We’re pretty private, respectful and friendly, so we usually keep to ourselves. On the weekends, we like to share food once in a while.
