We are friendly and respectful couple looking for female tenants in our beautiful, quiet, very clean and fully-furnished 3-bedroom condo in a safe and gated community. The condo is in an excellent location- just across from Cornerstone Park/Lake, minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops,-minute drive to the airport and minutes to Las Vegas Strip. The rented bedrooms are fully furnished with a -inch Roku TV, free Netflix, and wifi. The rent includes all utilities, access to the pool and hottub, and parking. Our tenants will have access to the common areas of our home, living room, kitchen, (all kitchenware are provided, installed water filtration ) and laundry room. Bathroom is shared by 2 female tenants only.
We are looking for a non-smoker, non-drug user and clean tenants who would treat our home as their own. Rooms are available for short-term and long-term stays!
