Transfer lease

Hello everyone,
**URGENT
I'm looking to transfer my lease at Maverick Place Apartments, it's a private bed& bath in a bath apartment by Dec. 1st.
It's
$ (including utilities, internet, disposal, renters insurance, also includes a balcony)
I'll be covering the lease transfer fee.
**Fully furnished apartment. Other roommates also go to UTA and are really nice and clean. **
Walking distance to university. Uta shuttle has a stop at the apartment premises.
