Living area to rent

Description

I have a one bedroom apartment and I’m looking for someone to take my exs part of the lease. I have a living area which will be yours. It can be divided. (Females preferably) everything else will be shared. That includes bathroom and kitchen. I do have some space in the closet if anyone needs. My lease ends in October . There will probably be a process of application fee and (maybe security deposit). I have a cat. Depending on the pet there can be exceptions. I am looking for someone who is pretty mellow and chill and responsible. I can send more pictures if interested.
