Looking for female roommate for long term starting in January. Other roommates are male and female, both professionals, respectful, clean. No pets allowed. No smokers/vaping. No drugs and this includes weed. Second room is occupied by a female roommate.

Rent includes utilities, apartment is furnished except room for rent. There is a washer and dryer in the Apartment and plenty of parking. Complex has a pool and gym. EV charging stations also available.

Looking for a roommate who cleans up after themselves, drama free, doesn’t eat other people’s food without replacing with the same, helps with cleaning the apartment common areas and keeps their space clean, not into partying or get together’s at the apartment and pays the bills each month on time.
