3rd roommate wanted! AUGUST

Hi! I’m Maddie, we are looking for a third roommate to replace one of our current roommates who is moving out. We are a 3 bedroom townhouse with furnished kitchen and living room. There is laundry and storage in the basement and the kitchen comes with a microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Water and heat is included so we only pay electric and internet bill. There is street side parking, and plenty of room for bikes if you are a biker. The current room open has a walk in closet, so if you want to take a bit off the rent I’d be willing to pay a bit more to have that room. We are both working students so ideally we’d prefer someone around our age (s) who also is beginning their career or in school. We’re decently clean, sometimes things are messy because we get busy but not too bad, we clean once a week. We don’t smoke in the house and we have small get togethers maybe a couple times a month. We are about a minute walk from state and a 5 minute walk from the lake, on a very quiet and safe block. If you’re interested please my inbox doesn’t work.
