Looking to sublet/take over lease

Hi! I’m looking to move to San Diego in January and am hoping to sublet/lease from January until July (or to take over someone’s lease!). I’m applying to law school and am hoping to stay in San Diego, but I may need to move elsewhere next August. I would ideally like to be in (North) Pacific Beach area but am open to other locations as well. My budget is $/month or less. I’m and currently living in the Bay Area. I’m very clean, social, and easy going! Happy to live with a female roommate(s) or alone:)
