Space available for a single, mature professional who travels for work or works overnight. However, may consider couples. No pets due to allergies. Must be a responsible individual who pays on time.

You will be encouraged to own a renter's insurance policy to protect your belongings from damages and/or natural disasters. Your decision to own or not own a renter's insurance policy is at your risk. Guaranteed you will have your privacy, peace and quiet while residing here. Available January or later. Rent includes utilities.
