Looking for someone to take over my 6-month lease for a semi-furnished -bath apartment located in New Haven. The apartment is furnished (I don't expect you to buy my furniture unless you want to).

The living room and bedroom has great sunlight and the apartment is close to cafes, grocery stores, and the East Rock park. One parking spot at the front is yours. The apartment has a backyard too (last picture). I plan to keep the standing desk, queen bed, kitchen appliances and bathroom utilities for the sublessee. This apartment is at a 2-minute walk to Orange/Blue line stop (Yale Shuttle).
