Lease take over!

Please contact me  Hi, I'm moving back home in January and I'm looking for someone who take over my lease at UV Fullerton.
It is a shared room with bathroom in an apartment with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A female would be ideal as there are 3 other female roommates living there. The basic layout of the apartment can be seen in the picture below. There is also a shared living and cooking area. The monthly rent is $925.
