I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my lease for a single room in a 7-bed shared apartment at Scape La Trobe Student Accommodation in Melbourne CBD. The lease runs until February , with the option to extend if desired. I’m moving out as I’ve completed my master’s program.

Important: You only need to share the kitchen and bathroom!
