I have a bath right near Chandler Fashion Mall.

I just renewed my lease (Oct ) but last minute need someone to take over my lease. I am relocating and need someone to take over my lease. Available as early as next week. Let me know if you might be interested (rent is $).

I have lived here for a year and have enjoyed it. I have kind neighbors, a huge porch, indoor wood-burning fire place, storage off the porch, washer & dryer in unit and an open backyard for kids to scooter/bike or play soccer.

2 separate pools on with gas grills.
