Hi, I am looking for an unfurnished room in a tidy apartment with central air and garage parking options. I am generally quiet, keep to myself type but can talk a lot about topics of interests and engage in conversation if people are interested. I would like to be able to have a pet or pet sit a cat on occasion but it’s not a dealbreaker. I would prefer a place with central air and with laundry options on. Preferably in or around Pasadena or Glendale. Open to East Los Angeles if the room is good. Budget is based on expected utilities and other fees.
