Master bedroom in Lynnwood

Description

I have a master bedroom available in my bathroom, sqft, house. The first few pics are the room and the rest are the common areas. The available master bedroom is very big with a private bathroom and closet. The common areas of the house are open to everyone and include a large living room, large kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, large office, 2 balconies, and a large backyard.

The house is a shared house with roommates that are hand selected by me to match personality and common interests. All the roommates are young working professionals and several have lived in my home for over a year and everyone gets along very well. We like to keep the home very clean and respectful. Currently there are 2 females and one male roommate. We are looking for a roommate that is professional, kind, clean and respectful. All roommates must pass a criminal background check.

The rent is per month and includes all utilities, internet and the house comes with entertainment package such as hulu, Disney+, Netflix, etc.
