I need a roommate

> One bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a -story building. The apartment will be shared by two tenants in total (the male tenant, who is me, lives in the other bedroom).

> Rent is $ utility, internet, Netflix and parking are included.

> Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

> -operated laundry is available in the building.

> Location: kitchener at the corner of Victoria St S and westmount RD W > N, which is walking distance to Victoria Westmont Medical center, Tim Hortons, Wendy, ON the Run (Pioneer Gas Station), Onkar food & spices and others.

> Looking to rent to a peaceful, respectful, and clean tenant who knows how to keep shared spaces neat and tidy.

> We require credit check, employment certification and first and last month's rent upon signing (e-transfer or cash only)

> *Two months' notice is required before moving out*
