Hello, I am ideally looking for one person to take over both rooms as a sublease starting Dec or Jan and ending June th Remaining roommate plans to adopt a cat who is shy, but sweet. Women/ femme, nonbinary and trans males preferred! The rooms are a decent size, especially for the New Haven area with bigger closets and fits a queen sized beds Tenant pays for electric, gas and internet. No laundry on unfortunately. Free street parking and I typically have no issue getting a park near the entrance. Nice sized patio and yard space. Living areas are large and there’s an eat in kitchen! Move in fee listed is the month security deposit amount. Management will do a background check, credit check
