Room available for rent of $ a month which includes utilities here in Decatur. It has a queen size bedroom suite which is brand new, a inch Samsung smart tv, walk in closet and a private bathroom. You will have access to the entire house including my office which has a computer and a printer with WiFi. There is a fireplace downstairs and a fenced in patio and yard with a grill and some comfortable patio furniture. I do have a cat and a dog but both are incredibly friendly.
