Very quiet neighborhood block

Fully furnished home and (maid extra) room with everything that anyone would need nothing but your clothes. The home is completely fully refurbished with a big, quiet and beautifully backyard with lounge area, BBQ, hammock under the umbrella tree. Front yard is the eye of the neighborhood. FULL SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM. I'm really laid back and I don't ask for much more than that you treat the home as if it was your own place, parents or grandparents home and that is pretty much the only rule that I am going to enforce. I honestly had an Airbnb for 8 years but it became a full time job and I decided to rent the room. I'm sure you will find yourself loving every single aspect of the home and the way everything is taken care of and you only need to worry about your life. You are truly welcome to come and take a tour of my home and you can choose for yourself and I am very confident that you will find yourself at home. I AM VERY, VERY PROUD OF MY HOME AND I THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HOUSE AND A HOME. My only ask is that you treat the home accordingly.

Extremely quiet neighborhood w/1 way in & out. Beautiful home w/everything you will ever require & maid every 2 weeks extra for ea room. Looking for a mature individual w/goals & respect for themselves & others. Was a SUPER HOST with Airbnb for 8 years & then it became a full time job & I'm busy enough. I've had a couple roommates who are nothing but the complete opposite of who they had portrayed themselves to be & I have a perfect roommate & I'm really trying to find another person who has drive/destination insight. You hopefully love every single aspect of the home & it's location. YOU ONLY NEED YOUR CLOTHES &TOILETRIES TO HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MOVE IN. I'm really sorry for not renting to everyone but I'm just trying to find the best possible individual who has morals, values and common sense to be a part of our household.
