Private Room in East Nashville

Hi! My name is Jen and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a house in East Nashville. It’s a spacious house with a fenced in back yard that is walking distance to Shelby park! It is ~8 minutes to downtown Nashville. The room will be available November 1st! Rent is $ in utilities/month. The house is furnished, the only thing you would need is bedroom furniture.

It’s a bathroom house. Living in the house will be 2 roommates - Jillian () and Bethany () and two sweet pups - Millie (1 year old Australian Shepherd) and Monty (1 year old labradoodle). We are looking for someone who does not have any pets, but is ok living with dogs! The new tenant will have a private bedroom and will share a bathroom with Bethany. We keep a well maintained house and yard, and want to make sure the new tenant is willing to help keep the house clean and yard looking nice!
