Looking for roommate to move in

Looking for a roommate, male or female, to go on my apartment half and half. I have fiber set up for 2gb download speed, and I can cook and am willing to share. I prefer to have roommates where we can at least be friendly to each other. I’m an overnight shift worker, so daytime is best quiet. My roommate left abruptly to move in with a new boyfriend, so it would be great to get someone quickly. I’m open to pets, but any costs associated with them will be from the owner. Move in fee here is associated with the cost of the application. is half of rent, internet, and roughly what electrical is. Water, sewer, and garbage are totaled with rent payments. Utilities cost is all internet and power combined.
