Room for Rent – Riverside, CA (Lincoln & Van Buren) – $/month (Utilities Included)

I’m a -year-old woman renting out a furnished bedroom in my home. My -year-old daughter also lives in a joined unit. We’re looking for a female tenant over for a month-to-month lease. The room is available immediately, but you’re free to move in anytime within weeks once we all decide it’s a good fit.

Rent & Utilities:

• $/month, includes water, electricity, and internet (good for everyday use)
• $ security deposit
• Street parking available
• We have laundry in the house for your convenience.
• The kitchen is fully equipped, and you are welcome to use all the pots and utensils as long as everything is kept tidy.
.Any overnight guest must be discussed in advance.

Household Guidelines:

• This is a non-smoking household.
• No pets.
• Single occupant only.
• You’ll be using the front bathroom, which is shared with my daughter and We keep it very clean.
• Shared spaces should be kept clean.
• We watch TV in the living room until about p.m..
