Unfurnished Basement Room

Description

We have an unfurnished basement room for rent. $ per month and it is a month to month lease that is signed. Individual person only please. This room is in a family home so the common areas such as the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms are shared. No other utilities are required. Toilet paper is supplied. You must provide your own food, wash and personal care items. There are dishes to use so no need to bring any in.
A CBI will be completed and any violent convictions or burglary convictions will likely be a big no as it is a family home.
Absolutely NO CATS. We have a single year old cat and he is very good about going outside or in the cat box and we don’t want that to stop. I am very allergic to them anyway.
There are two dogs that live on the premises and this is already enough. So no dogs either please.
Parking is street parking only. We are close to bus lines and highways. Area around th place and Pecos.
No hard drugs allowed. No vaping or smoking of any kind in the house at any time. Yes even in the winter months it is outside smoking only if you chose to smoke or vape.
Everyone is pretty laid back but we are a partnership there. Each person works outside of the home and pulls their weight with cleaning up after themselves.

We DO NOT want a roommate that does not work out of the home.

If this ad is still up then the room is still available. We do a meet and greet with potential roommates so everyone has a chance to meet before a decision is made. So if you are not here in state to do a meet and greet then this would also be a no.
We are a very diverse household so if you have any issues with various race, various religion, LGBT friendly, or anything in addition to that this room would not be for you.
