Luxury condo car garage

Hi!! I’m single F, no kids, awesome doodle dog, soon to have kitten… All Female!! Very clean,, very respectful, I don’t drink, so prefer rare to none. I live in a gorgeous condo style apt with 2 car garage and 2 private rooms and baths. Must be able to climb indoor stairs. So my roommate is getting married and she has asked me to keep her lease til April, potentially longer… I am looking for someone to move in Nov 1-ish… possibly a little sooner if needed. Single tenant, prefer female, but possible exceptions… Rent will be $ and portion of electric… I will take care of the internet, high speed. Deposit $ refundable. I smoke, but outside only. No more than 1 pet on special situations only since I have 2 of my own. $ pet deposit non-refundable.
