Renting a private room with private bathroom and in Newport North apartment complex in Newport Beach. Looking for a clean and organized female professional in their mid s. Room is $ month plus shared utilities. You also get an office space/shared bedroom as the 3rd room will be empty. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays so I won’t be using it much! Unit comes with an upgraded kitchen, fireplace, patio and walking distance from the beautiful back bay.
