Roommate in Reynoldsburg

Looking for a roommate on the east side. I live by myself in a large townhome and don't need all the space. You would have the first floor of the townhome to yourself which includes a bathroom, washer/dryer, bedroom, living room, fire place, and outdoor patio area. We would only share the kitchen which is on the second floor.

I work full time, am very chill and easy to get along with, and lead a pretty quiet life. Looking for someone who is also quiet, clean and can reliably pay their rent. If you like to party and blast your music on a regular basis, this is not a good match.

The available space is large enough for people (a couple, single parent, etc.). I'm pretty open and flexible in that regard. I would require a background check, which I will pay for. The $/month is a flat rate that includes all rent and utilities. Let me know if you might be interested!
