Hi, I’m trying to find someone to take over my lease on Hilyard st. It’s a month and all utilities are included besides electric. You’d have your own bedroom but you’d be sharing a bathroom with Alden. Alden is a year old student at UO. They are also non-binary so someone queer and an ally would be preferred. The apartment is really nice and spacious but I have to go home for health reasons so you could move in around October nd or if not then you have to wait until mid December. October would be already paid for. Deposit is . Pets aren’t allowed unfortunately. The apartment is only a minute walk from campus as well. Here are some pictures.
