Subleasing my apartment

Hi I am subleasing my studio apartment which is equal to a bath. The address is st John's crt, it is in University Village close to ohio state university. There is a community center that has free coffee, free printing, study rooms, lounge access, indoor games, gym and swimming pool. The community center also conducts events every month that you can attend. The rent does not include electricity and internet. But it has shuttle access to osu campus and shopping mall.
