looking for a female roommate asap!

Looking for a female roomate around my age in cedar rapids right next to kirkwood. I'm and I just moved in here, i own this place my self, it's a and a half bath trailer home. I grew up in the chicago suburbs and have lived in cr for 2 years now. I will charge /month for rent and you pay half of utilities which would make your max spending like a month. I have an in home washer and dryer, a dishwasher, brand new ac unit and furnace installed this summer, fire pit out doors, a shed to keep our things, and a 2 car driveway but i squeeze 3 all the time. Green bedroom would be yours and i will have all the stuff removed from that room before you move in. I have 2 cats that mind their own business and are obedient. The office building has a gym that's , i believe it's $ for the key and no other fee from then on and there is also a pool and a playground. Only quality i'm really looking for is someone who will respect our common area and keep it just as clean as i do. If you're interested please send me a message i would like a roomate asap!!!
