Semi-furnished room

Description

Hi everyone! My name is L and I am looking to rent out a semi-furnished room in my home. I attached some pictures of my home, but it won’t let me upload my videos of the room! It is a basic square room with a closet 🙂 I can provide these videos anytime!


About me, my expectations, and the space:
- I have a cat and a small dog, so no pets please!
- You MUST be LGTBQ+ or a queer ally!!
- I am , so someone is ideal for me.
- I love to cook and bake, so there will be lots of goodies around the house
- Very friendly!
- I work full time and make oddities art on the side! I have all the craft supplies you could ever want!!
- The house is located in a gated mobile home community with a pool! (It is closed for the season now though)
- You would get a mostly furnished bedroom with a shared guest bathroom in a bath home.
- Driveway parking with a porch to sit on.
- Shared living room and kitchen space available as well. Laundry use is shared too, in the home.
- Must be able to pay rent monthly and pay the deposit ahead of moving in!
